		<description>Unless the therapist is doing this as an act of charity, it isn't "free."  It is paid for through taxes. You and your fellow taxpayers have paid for this. My high school chemistry teacher used to tell us, "The first rule of chemistry is that there is no such thing as a free lunch.  It gets paid for somewhere.  You have to balance the equation."</description>
