We’re Going on a Trip…

My spouse and I live a significant distance away from our respective families. Luckily for us however, our families both live rather close to each other (about 30 minutes apart) so over the Christmas holiday every year we take an extended vacation and visit both his parents and my parents. Tomorrow morning at about 4am we leave for a 12 hour car trip with two little kids who recently had the stomach flu (as well as two adults who had the same thing) so… wish us luck!

The site will be anything but quiet while I am gone. I may be able to check in and write a new post or two while on vacation, but I’m not counting on that. I have pre-written posts scheduled to appear every day, once per day. Some were written by me, and there are also 4 guest posts by some of my blogger friends who graciously volunteered to write content for my site.

It’ll be a little different with the once per day posting schedule, although my unfortunate stomach flu this week had that begin a little before I had planned. Later today will be my Tell All ~~Tuesday~~ Thursday post to kick everything off.

We should return sometime the weekend after Christmas depending on the weather. Have a happy happy holiday and be sure to check back each day for new content! And don’t miss the tell all this afternoon.
