Motivation and Celebration

Today at Plonkee Money, a personal finance blog with an British twist, I have a guest post about finding motivation. The post is about knowing yourself and what motivates you particularly and individually instead of just following someone else’s method. Plonkee has a very thoughtful and interesting blog and I hope you click through to read my post and stick around a while. And welcome to anyone who is visiting here for the first time from Plonkee!

And in celebratory news, I learned yesterday that I passed my mock tutoring exam and I am on to the final phase of the application process before becoming a probationary tutor. Yay! I have several videos to watch on policies and procedures and then need to take a final exam on them. I’m very excited that this is going well and am hoping it works out. My last at-home job I liked well enough and it was easy enough to do, but I feel like this job I actually have the potential to really love. So yay!

My carnival and festival link love will appear later on today, I wanted to share my good news and guest post with everyone right away. Go on, go read the guest post. You know you want to. ;)
