Before I went to bed, I wrote out a schedule to follow for today. It felt good to have a plan for today and as I was falling asleep, I felt more relaxed and more in control. I realized that making that schedule to manage my time better was a lot like taking control of my finances too! They are very inter-related. Great post! I was just thinking about this last night!
