Guest Post at Four Pillars!

I love to write guest posts. I get really excited when people ask me. And I usually volunteer when I see someone ask. It is fun to be a visitor on someone else’s blog. This one is a combination of asking and volunteering, I wrote a comment on Four Pillars that I love to write guest posts and the Mike asked me if I’d like to write one for him, and I accepted. Check out my post about why I think an emergency fund is important even when you are in debt over at the Canadian Financial Blog, Four Pillars. Be sure to weigh in with what you think in the comments!!

  2. Hi! Great post, I read it on Four Pillars but wanted to check out your site. I know you don’t know me but I am kind of jumping up and down in excitement because I have a PhD and work from home too so thought I should drop in and say hello. No kids yet but we want to soon…

Anyway, after talking about the emergency fund on my blog a bit, I also decided to also have $1000 in back up in addition to the credit safety net and I am pretty happy I have it sitting there. I gives me happiness we could save it and comfort to know it can help if needs be.

    Thanks for the post!

  3. That’s funny - I just noticed WW has a PhD so I was thinking I should arrange some sort of meeting…

  4. Hey! That’s pretty cool. How fun! Yay for PhDs who work at home! I bet we’re a very small collection lol.

    Congrats on the emergency fund!

  5. Hi all!
