Some articles that hit home for me from this week’s Festival of Frugality

Yes, it is 3:46 am. Yes, I am writing a post. My daughter has decided sleep is evil. This tooth better come in soon or we might all lose our minds ;).

However it does give me the chance to highlight a few of the articles in this week’s Festival of Frugality that really struck a chord with me. One is “Things I Don’t Skimp On” at Money and Such. I may not choose the same things (although my kids are high up on the list) but I am continually striving to find a balance between living in today and erasing the debts of our past.

The other is “My Thoughts on Green Consumerism” at Nature Moms. As a recovering “stuff” addict, I found this viewpoint refreshing and thought-provoking.

Be sure to check out the Festival yourself!  You might also find some needed inspiration.

  1. I am glad you liked the article! Your blog is great….I think living in an ecologically responsible way has much to do with living frugally and within your means too. :)

  2. Hi PT. I really like your blog, and thank you so much for the add to your links. Good luck with that tooth!
