The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Updated Capital One Numbers

Well, my statement for July finally posted tonight, along with my snowflake from today.

The Good:

~I made $362.86 in payments this billing cycle, well exceeding my $300/cycle goal.

~My minimum payment has dropped to $117, down from $123 last billing cycle.

The Bad:

~My account accrued $53.98 in interest this past month.

The Ugly:

~Once the interest was added to my account and then my snowflake today of $55.54 was posted, the net movement of my account from yesterday’s balance was only -$1.56. Well, at least it moved down and not up.

~Current balance: $5796.68.

Yip…pee.

I wanted to email you but didn’t see a place to do so..

anyway, have you considered mystery shopping? i ask because i only recently signed up and just got offered my first ‘job’.

this particular one pays $19.oo PLUS will reimburse a purchase at the place i’m “mystery shopping at” up to $15.00. all paid into my paypal account.

this means not only will i make $19 but get $15 off what i already needed to buy at this particular place anyway!

anyway, just thought i’d ask/point that opportunity out to you as another possible snowflaking idea. heck, i figure for me, the mystery shopping takes about 40 minutes but i truly needed to go to this place anyway so i’m killing two birds with one stone and making money while doing it!

  2. I should set up an email link somewhere lol. I’ll get on that!

I haven’t done mystery shopping, mostly because I don’t know what are legitimate companies. If you want to email info to paidtwice at gmail dot com that’d be cool. Sounds like a great opportunity!
